These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the segi777 platform, including the website located at segi777.app, the segi777 mobile application, and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered by segi777 (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by segi777 and is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the segi777 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that segi777 may publish from time to time.

segi777 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the segi777 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, participation in online casino gaming is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. segi777 strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the segi777 Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of segi777, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the segi777 Platform, or from any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform, for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

segi777 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the segi777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account if any information changes. segi777 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which may include submission of a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. segi777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify segi777 immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15.

segi777 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the segi777 Help Center.

All funds deposited into your segi777 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. segi777 reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and suspend your account if a third-party deposit is detected.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if your KYC documentation has not been completed. segi777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank bank transfer: Typically within 1 to 3 business days.

segi777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, segi777 may withhold a withdrawal pending investigation and, where required, report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.

Deposits made to your segi777 account are non-refundable once wagering activity has commenced, except where required by applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

All games available on the segi777 Platform — including but not limited to Poker, Super Keno, Wheel, Fortune Bingo, Playtech Live, Astar Live, and Dreams of Macao — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.

segi777 uses certified dealing procedures and, where applicable, audited random number generation (RNG) systems to ensure fair outcomes. All live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers operating under PAGCOR-compliant procedures.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, segi777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, segi777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Any bets placed during a confirmed system error may be voided at segi777's discretion.

segi777 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is determined to have been affected by a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

segi777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all segi777 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• segi777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiry.

Gaming on the segi777 Platform is intended to be a form of entertainment. segi777 actively encourages players to set personal limits and to seek help if gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect their personal, financial, or professional lives.

segi777 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them of the duration of their gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the segi777 Platform may submit a self-exclusion request to the segi777 support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

segi777 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed and any deposits returned, less any amounts already wagered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the segi777 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the segi777 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in Poker or coordinating bets to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the segi777 Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

All content on the segi777 Platform — including but not limited to the segi777 name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of segi777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the segi777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the segi777 Platform without the prior written consent of segi777.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, segi777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

segi777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your segi777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The segi777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. segi777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

segi777 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the segi777 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

segi777 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, or other regulatory bodies where required by law.

You may close your segi777 account at any time by contacting the segi777 support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

segi777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, segi777 may forfeit the entire balance of your account.

segi777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, segi777 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the segi777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The segi777 Platform operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the segi777 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to PAGCOR-licensed gaming operations, players may also submit a complaint directly to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
